BCAAs are essential amino acids that cannot be produced by the body and must come from food or supplements. BCAA+G™ contains a precise blend of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) and L-Glutamine, which are clinically proven to be essential for building lean muscle, improving strength, and reducing recovery time. BCAA+G™ increases protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, and most importantly protects muscles from the stress of heavy training and intense exercise.
The three BCAAs, leucine, valine, and isoleucine, promote muscle synthesis and are burned by muscles as fuel during a workout.
