Many sleep remedies are about helping you fall asleep. Not many are about helping you stay asleep throughout the night. I am a very restless sleeper: tossing and turning at night and waking up several times throughout the night. While this is not a miracle worker, it definitely helps - I wake up less. The continual dosage throughout the night is much better than 1 large dose before bed.

I used this for a month straight and some nights this seemed to help and some nights I could not sleep at all—it was horrible. I do wonder if they are just simply stickers. Sometimes the patch caused skin irritation as well. I wanted to ask for my money back, but by the time I went to do this—it exceeded the time limit for a refund.
