Something about the combination of heating and cooling and the elastic support that works almost like the kinesio tape my physical therapist put on me - these patches do the job really well. These large ones are better for areas like lower back or shoulder, where there is a larger surface.
These have quite a strong scent when you use them. They are a good quality & size. The packaging would be better to be individual per patch to ensure the other patches don't age & dry out. They do have a good benefit & the actual patch composition feels good too. It is effective in helping pain, I change mine each evening after my shower but you can change your frequency as needed. I think they are value for money.
A lifesaver for back pain! It's a good value and the size fit well for use on my mid-back and neck. I didn't mind the strong menthol scent, but it's good to be aware of it you're planning on wearing it under clothes in public. Also, try to reseal the package so that each sheet doesn't lose it's strength over time.
I bought it for my husband, who has pain aches very often. I was sceptical about these plasters, but actually, it works! My husband had a bad back ache in the morning, after putting the plaster on, the pain disapeared in 30 minutes, he could not believe it. Could do his duties all day long without any pain. Wonderful product!
