I have struggled with muscle neck pain for 15+ years related to heavy computer use. I have tried physical therapy, e-stim, muscle relaxants, pain medication, chiropractic and massage. They all partially worked for a very limited amount of time. In less than 24 hours after starting this supplement my pain was 100% gone. My son, who recommended the product, warned me that he had run out and tried another OTC brand which did nothing. I use to take magnesium tablets of Dr. Best, which taste I have found not pleasant at all. However then I tried this tablet I thought that Dr. Best magnesium if not that bad 😜 Please, be ready to veery specific taste. The quality should be very good. I take it in the evening before going to sleep. I really like that the tablets are easy to swallow.
The quality of this magnesium is really good. The package is easy to transport and the benefit for my muscle and joint have been very good after a month of use. On top of it, with just one tablet before going to bed my sleep has improved a lot. I have been recommended by my doctor to magnesium and it works.

like it. good quality ingredients made at least partly from vegi. medium size tablets and easy to take. the dosage is a bit low, and i think i need to take 3 in a day it does help to calm mood for me a bit though i really need B3 for that a bit pricy if i take 3 a day. i will try to mix with other magnesium tablets
These are good quality! They help me sleep! I’ve tried other magnesium supplements but didn’t really notice a difference but these made a big difference.
I bought this for my mother and she told me that she has been sleeping better since taking these tablets! I am looking to purchase another bottle for her.
I use this to help me sleep. I take it every night and seems to work very well. I can tell when I miss it. Its also good for leg cramps and restless leg.
