This is a great protein bar if you want to minimize sugar intake which im quite happy with. It only has 2g of sugar per bar (4g per 100g) It also has lots of vitamins and minerals in it. The cinnamon flavor is quite strong (though feels natural and more like ‘Christmas’ flavor than pure cinnamon) so you need to like it which is why i gave 4out of 5 stars but if you like the spice- its a great snack either for sport or just in general
