I bought this for my husband and I, we both suffer severely from environment allergies. I also have a family cat that I'm allergic to so I need to combat that. I used the product right after I received it and with 5 minutes the congestion was gone. I was recommed this product by an associate at vitamin shop in Fairfax, Va. He was right and im glad I took a chance because I've been taking Flonase for half my life and I've never felt this good.
ngl when i saw there was capsicum in this i was thinking "this has to be crazy". thats the stuff police use to brutalize the public. but then i tried this and was surprised. it gives that extra spicy kick, perfect for during winter. 10/10 i'd prefer to not be maced again.
I’ve used the original version of the Xlear Nasal Spray for several years and love it, so I decided to try this Max version for the days that I need maximum relief due to high pollen and ozone levels. I tried it today and was not disappointed. The xylitol and other ingredients are very effective and easy to use.
Great, high quality Saline nasal spray. It has been a great benefit for myself to clear sinus issues immediately; Highly effective. The product is easy to handle and use. There is no scent. Frequency of use for myself is about every other day. Great value for what you get! The feel has a slight burn when first applied.
Xlear is the only product that I have found that unblocks the back of my nose. I used to have chronic sinus drip until I started using the regular version of this. This was my first time trying this particular one with Capsicum. It's Intense, no doubt, but it works wonders for me. And the price here is about $5 less than the vitamin store.
I like this stuff. Then again, I prefer pretty much any product that uses xylitol rather than any other form of sweetener. So, when a small amount of the stuff inevitably goes down my throat, it tastes better than other nasal sprays. I brought it with me at my last visit to my allergist. She looked at the ingredient list and suggested I only take this when I am congested and to use the regular Xlear nasal spray to moisturize when needed.
If you are stuffed up this will definitely clear you out I actually like this better than the other one even though they both work great I felt like I got it more open and it worked faster but all of this brand no matter which one you order really help if you feel like a cold or the flu coming on it really truly stops it in its tracks I had read an article on it that they even petition to be used for Covid and they were proving all their data if you go to their website they have tons of data to prove that this stuff works and I have it in stock all the time just to be sure in case anything tries to sneak up on us enough
I use on oral antihistamine and Flonase for awhile, but still suffered congestion. My doctor recommended quercetin, which I still take every morning; and while it helped, it still wasn't the ticket I needed for clear sinuses. FINALLY, I came across this Xlear Max, and adding it to my allergy stack was exactly what I needed to keep my sinuses clear for the entire day. I only needed to use one spray in each nostril in the morning, and if my congestion comes back mid day, I only need one more dose to keep my sinuses open! It has a slight burn to it but honestly I look forward to the tingly sensation as I feel my sinuses open up within minutes. There's barely a scent to it and for the price I'd say the quality of this product is unmatched! This has to be the most effective spray I use to combat sinus congestion!
I love this product. It does not seem to help me much with my long-term allergies. If the infection goes deep into my sphenoid sinus cavity it does not help much there, but it works wonders when I have some serious congestion, sore throat, or sinus infection in my nasal cavity.
I purchased this for my son who has continual nasal stuffiness. He said it does work, but it didn't last very long. For the price it cost, he personally felt regular nose spray was the way to go, but he is not necessarily a big "natural product" person either. I am giving it a 4 star review because it did work... just needs to last longer if at all possible.
I use the regular Xlear spray everyday and it helps my chronic sinusitis. The idea of this spray is that the capsaicin in capsicum (also chillies) helps increase nasal secretions temporarily, helping to clear mucus buildup. However, in this spray it is very dilute with minimal if any “burning” and no noticeable effect above the regular spray (for me anyway). I don’t think it’s worth paying several $ more, but would buy again if on sale.
