I like that this product is Verisol collagen, which differs from ordinary collagen peptides in that it is a bioactive collagen complex with specific efficacy for skin, and it doesn’t contain fillers. However, using the scoop results in about 38 servings — not the 60 servings on the label. (These were "level" scoop servings, not over- or under-filled.) I appreciate that powder is supposed to be sold by weight, and that it can settle and become denser. But the discrepancy between <40 and 60 is considerable, and the product should come with a smaller scoop to compensate. Based on my experience, I would suggest weighing each serving amount, or using 2/3 of a level scoop, so that you get the appropriate 2.5 gram serving (which was the amount shown effective in published studies). If my memory is correct (I read the original studies), more than 2.5 grams of Verisol per day did not show any additional benefits for skin in the published literature.
I bought this because it has Verisol as the ingredient which has proven benefits. It dissolves very easily and has a neutral taste. I wrote to the company to provide me with the Certificate of Analysis - so that I can be assured of the quality and they promptly sent it to me. See attached.
This is an excellent collagen powder because it is highly absorbable. I just recently discovered Verisol and am so glad that VP LAB collagen is 100% made of Verisol. I find the quality of the powder to be super fine particles compared to the others that I have tried and so when added to water it sinks to the bottom immediately because it is super fine and light. The only ingredient is Verisol collagen types 1 & 3 which are bovine derived. Collagen is safe to ingest and it is best to start at an early age really. Research has shown that Verisol collagen peptides were effective in targeting skin concerns like wrinkles but is good for hair and nails
The healthiest product there is, no aftertaste, gentle and pleasant smell. Fast delivery, very healthy for facial skin, joints, bones and muscles. Strengthens nails and causes the cessation of hair loss and rapid new growth. It is highly recommended!!
I was so excited to find this as I was searching for a product with VERSICOL® Hydrolyzed Collagen on iHerb after hearing about it on a podcast. As it's unflavoured, it's perfect with a green drink, coffee or tea, or just on its own with water, but I prefer to add it to something else with some flavour. Whatever you add it to, it mixes in easily.
too early to say weather it works or not (research claims it takes about 3 months to notice any difference), but I'm pleased with the user experience. the powder is lightweight and dissolves super easily with every beverage. doesn't have a taste. I drink it withy coffee every morning. I am looking forward to seeing if there's any noticable difference in the future, been drinking it for a month now. research supports this specific type of collagen so I'm optimistic.

I have seen a difference in my skin as well as my flexibility great product doesn’t have any taste which is great since I mix it with my juice in the morning
Verisol is the most concentrated acollagen and studied that shows promise of working!! Also it is derived from pure bovine sources and I believe it is German actually. THIS IS THE BEST COLLAGEN BOVINE ON MARKET LADIES
