I’ve been using this off and on for a few months now and I’ve come to the conclusion that I like it. Very pleasant gel consistency that melts into the skin, feels very hydrating. Layering it on top of my other skincare at night is lovely, it kind of melts all the other skincare together so my face doesn’t feel bogged down or “thick”
It does smell like rose so if you’re bothered by fragrance this probably won’t be for you, but the smell has caused zero irritation to my skin and it’s a very fresh rose scent. Not old lady like at all.
I don’t think this is nourishing enough to be a stand alone sleeping mask if you’ve got dry skin, though. I do, and it’s definitely too light for me on it’s own. However, that does mean I can use it morning and night (especially in the winter) whenever I need a bit of a hydration boost. Generally, this is the quality I expect from Tonymoly. Cute, gets the job done, but won’t
blow your mind.
