I got the small size package. My age is 60. The quality of the taste is light but refreshing. Perhaps too sensitive and gentle a flavor for some, but fir me, left my teeth feeling clean. The benefit is the non-alcohol feel. I’ll use it when i don’t want to feel overwhelmed.

The flavor is good and I like that it has natural ingredients but bust be prepared for it to burn a little like listerine would which I wasn’t expecting because it is a natural rinse. I was looking to see if there is alcohol in it but I didn’t see any listed. The benefit is my breath is drag for 24 hours. I imagine the composition of the more gentle mouth washes wouldn’t do this. My teeth do also feel clean afterwards but a little sensitive. I wouldn’t recommend use for child age group. The size is good as well as quality and good packaging.

Im not sure how ling the effext can last for refreshing breath. I use it for daily gums maintenance and protection after brushing. I have bot had nay cavities for a year despite wearing aligner.

Very strong mint. Not sure if it lasts 24hr. It stated rinse 1 capful. That’s alot and expensive! I used to use its original version. Taste diluted but works great too
