very bold flavour! tastes almost like a real southern smoked BBQ. It has both salt and sugar, so a bit on the sweet side. I prefer blends without sugar. But the other flavours make it more complex and I enjoyed it. Good quality blend and interesting ingredients. Size of the bottle is excellent and economical.
One of our favourite spices from this family. It gives a very pleasant flavour to meat, and I use it when I don't want to make a spicy dish.It is a good idea to marinate the meat in a little olive oil and leave it to rest for at least half an hour. Practical packaging and quite a large quantity.Excellent, reliable quality.
