My skin has improved and even my join pain has improved way too much, I don't feel any knee pain as I used to before. I only didn't like that it contains stevia sugar, I think it would taste better without stevia because the sweetness is making it taste somehow bad

Tried on first stick pack, blended well in water, acceptable smell and no sweet at all, this is what I’m expected, will continue consume daily to see the results specially on skin elastic and joint movement. I have tried over 20 different brands of collagen supplement. Whenever you take them, make sure you take with vitamin C supplement or natural vitamin C from fresh veggies/fruit. Besides, copper is an essential mineral that support collagen formation. Make sure you are not expose to copper deficiency as a result of zinc overdose man!!! I use my bespoke formula of collagen smoothies that contain all other necessary vitamin/mineral that helps with collagen absorption, not only collagen itself: 200gr kale+50 gr cashew + 1 pack of this collagen or any other collagen that I've tried, put in a blender and drink them every Morning on an empty stomach. And yes, it works well on what it claim (skin, hair, nail and joints). In general, take them with other essential nutritions for the result to come.

I don't like the taste cos it's a bit weird. I didn't finish it as a result, hope there are products that taste more natural and pleasant.

collagen drinks are always like that. the taste is a bit weird. hope it does what it said - clinically proven to reduce wrinkles. expiration date is 04/03/2022, which I believe is 4 march 2022. have been trying for almost 3 months, can’t see any difference actually.
