It's the only Boswellia I could find that is so potent (800mcg) in only one capsule and at such a great price. I take it for joint support but recently I read that it helps the immune system as well. I can tell the difference concerning my joints, they are more flexible and don't hurt, and I hope it will also boost my overall health. The packaging intact and the shipping very fast.
I'm taking 2 of these a day, no bad reactions. I've been having kidney issues with bleeding which may be an early indication of cancer. Taking these with apricot kernals has stopped infection and bleeding. They are certainly a powerful anti inflammatory too. My stomach goes flat over night. Joints feel better too.
Got the Swanson Boswellia to help with stiff, beat up joints and over all body inflammation. Great deal of info out there about its benefits. Swanson Full Spectrum has great quality and the dosage(800mg) is right on the money for me. I back it up with Tumeric. So far very pleased. Will order again so I can stay off the Tylenol.
great size of pill. this product is extremely strong and good for immunity. it was given to baby Jesus by the 3 kings so it has long medicinal use. it is great quality and there is no strong taste but you can feel a bit of the Boswellia. no concerns and great purity.
This took about 3 weeks of daily use for it to start working. The certain joints in my hands that usually bother me, especially in the morning suddenly didn't bother me. After about 4 weeks of daily use I stopped taking it (I forgot) and 2 days later my hands started to hurt again like they used to, then I remembered I forgot to take it. So I took it again and the next day my hands didn't hurt anymore. I did some experimenting to be sure it wasn't a coincidence and find it to be obvious now that when I take this I don't have a certain kind of joint pain, and when I don't take it the pain comes back. I like that this brand's dosage amount and potency is set up to be just one pill to take each day. The price is fantastic compared to others. I take it at night so I am ready to go in the morning. It does take some time to work (about a day in my case), but I am happy to have found it and do recommend it to others.
I've wanted to try Swanson products for a while but didn't know where to buy them. I have been buying most of my supplements from another supplier for the last 20 years but have wanted to find an alternative that could compete on quality and price. I found that at iHerb, I love there pricing and selection. I haven't used this yet but as soon as I do I will put out another review.
it does exactly what it is intended for pain relief. I suffer from fibromyalgia, this does relieve some of the pain, I am not pain free completely, but it helps a whole lot, to be a much more tolerable level of pain.
This works well for my lower back pain caused by arthritis. You need to take it for at least 4-6 weeks to notice the difference.
I have rheumatoid arthritis and I take boswellia for my joints. I can really tell a difference in how I feel when I’m taking it. If I forget to take the boswellia my joints hurt more so I feel it is definitely helping.
