Contrary what the label recommends, the actual dosage is 2 capsules according to sources i found via google. The capsules do not have a taste, they are medium size, I had no trouble swallowing. The ingredient seems to be beneficial and it could work to improve concentration among other positive impact, but my impression is that this ingredient has to be taken for an extended period to truly benefit from this product.
