I like all the herbs from simply organic , however for the poppy seed I could only give it a 3. I tried to add it to my cereal as I heard having nuts and seeds for breakfast would benefit hair growth and health. But I tried it twice and it taste like pepper like or savory and I don’t like it in my cereal , now I would add it to my salad to add the nutrients. I think I may not buy again. I think it is more useful for bakery

Simply Organic is my favorite brands for herbs and spices. I like the design of the glass bottles and the quality of the spices are excellent!
