Most plant based protein has about 20g of protein but this one has 25g. I think that only the different. The taste is just okay and the consistency is thick, not super thick but almost. Not the best tasting for chocolate flavor despite it claim to have an award winning taste.

I've had a lot of plant-based proteins and this is the best tasting one I've had. This is the best tasting plant protein I have ever had. The vanilla is good but I personally prefer the cocoa. I will continue to use this product.
