I live by this stuff, I suffered a back injury over 10 years ago and after PT I started taking this Turmeric and it keeps the inflammation down and allows me to be pain free and do my normal activities. It has very much improved my quality of life and I take it daily, the benefits are amazing!
My partner and I took this daily while the bottle lasted. While it is hard to determine the actual quality of ingredients used (as a consumer at home), we did like the easy-to-swallow pill size and it gave us no negative effects.
I need this product due to my age and my Rheumatoid Arthritis and my Senior age. I"ve been using this a while and it seems to help very much. I recommend this product for people with joint problems, if their Physician recommends as mine have.
Good product and reasonably priced. It helps me with head and/or body aches from time to time. Only complaint would be to increase the amount of curcumin. I think it would last longer.

Don’t know if it’s related but since a few months after I started taking turmeric supplements, people keep commenting that I look thinner. I wonder if it helps with inflammation related bloating or something. Anyway, I like taking them, and I’m happy that they’re made with black pepper extract, which has been shown to help with absorption. Just be careful to wash your hands after taking them, as they make your fingers yellow when you touch them.
I often get bouts of arthritis in my left hand and this is my go to when it gets painful. When I first started using this my hand was swollen and I couldn’t open and close it. I went full dosage for about a week and the arthritis went away. Now every time my hand starts to hurt I take a couple of tablets and it’s all better. You do need to go full dosage for awhile to build it up in your body. I swear by this now.
