If you're taking it for it's properties in increasing your muscles responsiveness/exercise tolerance, go with another brand. I used Source Natural's huperzine before which I found works as well as 60mg mestinon, but this one barely makes a difference. I tried taking more at a time (taking 1.5 capsules/300mcg by opening the capsule to add half the powder in a bigger capsule) but it made me ridiculously sleepy and it still didnt work as well as 200mcg of the other brand's.
