Takes at least 3 weeks to see the effects, most significantly for a 50+ male is the improvement to urine flow. After finishing the bottle the same old man problem returns. Not sure if this herb for long time consumption, that is why stopped taking after one bottle. 2 months later have started on another bottle of another brand to experiment.
