Helps to clear the bowels I have been using senna tea for a long time, then I decided to try capsules as well (since I am very often constipated). The capsules are good, the effect is more gentle than from the tea (you will sit on the toilet all morning), everything happens naturally. The disadvantage is that if you take these capsules frequently, the body gets used to them, and no longer responds to two capsules.
I started using these capsules a few days ago, so I can not evaluate the benefits and composition. Therefore, I can not talk about improvement. I'm on a diet and want to supplement my diet with nutritional supplements. It does not have much taste. There were no problems with quality and packaging. The ingredients look good.
The capsules work really well. I have used another brand in tablet form, and they can't compare to the quality of this product. One capsule works better than taking 4 of the other brand tablets. I've seen a great improvement in my digestive health, and there is no nasty after taste.

It is of good quality, very effective and fast working. I only take it whenever I need so it is cost effective as well. It is easy to take and there is no after taste whatsoever. I have no concern taking it and have been using it for a while.
I have had constipation issues for over 10 years. Started out when my doctor prescribed a 'statin' for cholesterol. No one tells ya that statins constipate you.... IT DOES! This seems to be the only product that provides any relief. I have to remember to drink lots and lots of warm water, which makes it work even better. Great product. I consistently purchase.
I use these senna capsules in conjunction with castor oil capsules for chronic constipation issues. Unlike some OTC laxatives, this hasn't given me stomach aches or cramps. It's good to start with one capsule at nighttime and see how it works for you. Remember to drink a lot of water!
