I have been taking this for a years. The quality is good, and 15 mg is enough for the daily intake. It helps me alot in my hair and prostate, as well as men's health. The pill size is big, so it might be hard to swallow. But I will try to get more of this again.
I bought this product for preventative health benefits for the prostrate! This brand I have grown to love for its great price point but also because they not only use saw palmetto but also contain “pygeum”, an important quality ingredient for mens health! Also great for hair by blocking BHT receptors in testosterone.
I just began taking the Saw Palmetto so I can't really say if it's working or not. My doctor recommended it to me because of post menopausal hair thinning. I would say make sure you take it with food. The first time I took it without food, I did get an upset stomach.

What matters is that it is an extract, not an ordinary powder. For the uninitiated 100mg extract is stronger than 400mg powder. The uninitiated think that the better supplement is the one with 400mg, but it is not! When choosing, it is important that it is an extract and it is important that the percentage of fatty acids is stated. My symptoms were not as bad as some but had gotten worse in the last few months.
