I've been using this brand for about a year now. It is one of the stronger Maca supplements ive tried. A lot of reviews say they don't see any changes but i believe its 2 things they are not doing. 1 You have to take maca for atleast 2 weeks to a month to actually see any changes and 2 i believe it says take once or twice a day on the back of the bottle. I take 2 servings per day. 3 pills in the morning and 3 pills halfway through the day. I experience almost instant results on the 2nd dose noticing increased energy and sex drive in about an hour. I also take ashwagandha with the maca which seem to work synergistically with each other.
I used to put Maca powder in my smoothies but the taste is quite strong so I decided to switch for these capsules from Now Foods company. Easy to take daily (started with 1 capsule a day and soon after moved to 2 caps/day) and it has no aftertaste. Maca has plenty of vitamins and minerals that supports over all vitality.
