Read up on the benefits of oregano oil and the other botanicals in this nasal spray. Anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory. While it is more expensive that a simple saline nasal spray, you get what you pay for. I haven't had any sinus infections since I started using this. It stings a little at first but you quickly get used to it. I actually like it since it feels like it is working.
okay, this stuff is GREAT! Anytime I start getting a stuffy nose, itchy throat, or post-nasal drip, this is my go-to. Be aware it does burn when you inhale it but you should be fine. I don't mind it and I love that I found a natural nasal spray!!
I love SinuOrega! Everyone in our family is very prone to sinus infections, and this is one of the only products we have used that has been effective. The scent is pleasant, but it is EXTREMELY strong, and feels like it is really burning when it first goes up your nostrils. . We have been buying this product for years, and one thing we did notice that we are not in love with is that they seem to have changed the package, and it is hard to get the last bit out of the bottle. Other than that, I unreservedly recommend this product to others prone to sinus infections.

This stuff is a must have if you get sinus infections. I have to say, I don't want to use the chemical nose sprays because I use nose sprays a lot. This one sometimes burns sometimes it doesn't but the burning sensation goes away and my sinuses stay clear.

I enjoyed finding a product that didn't have more perservatives than product. I like that it is herbal and not medicinal. The product is strong, but works and kept my sinuses cleared. I don't like using Nasaril long term. The scent is not objectionable, but there is a slight scent of oregano.
This is an extremely effective product. My child was suffering from nasal congestion due to mold and I tried this product on the recommendation of our naturopath. In about two weeks we solved an issue that had been going on for years
