I bought this because I had problems sleeping and overall lack of energy, feeling sluggish all the time due to menopause. Although I don't feel a huge difference, I do feel that I am able to fall asleep easier. I've been taking this every other day for two weeks. I like the fact that it's vegetarian and using non GMO ingredients.
After just a few days of taking 2 tablets each morning, I have noticed a considerable difference in hot flushes. Much less reduced, not bad side effects only positive ones. It's been a couple of weeks now since I started taking them, and I am very happy with the results. Definitely worth a try.
This product came right on time! The midst of summer and I’d been having periodic swells of heat during the day and completely restless nights. Tried numerous other mixes and standalone herbs for menopause symptoms to no avail. Menosense has been a legit lifesaver! Srsly, hot flashes/cold spells GONE (when I abstain from sugar & gluten), and GREATLY REDUCED (when I indulge). Without it, I'm awake all night and/or have horrible sleep quality from temperature disregulation --EVEN TAKING ESTROGEN! The good news is that it works for me with only 1 pill/night (on Estadiol; prior to Estrogen, 2 pills/night), so the large bottle lasts awhile. Surely must be quality ingredients to have this effect!
I was having the most intense hot flashes, it got super irritating!! one minute I am cold next I am drenched with sweat. so embarrassing I was on a zoom and felt the heat coming on, next minute sweating profusely. A dear friend recognized MenoSense and it sure is a welcome relief. Before I would wake up almost every hour in heat, by the time I am to get up in the morning, I would be so tired. I felt like I was working on the farm all hight long, dead tired and aggravated. MenoSense changed all that I still don't sleep through the night, now I wake up only two times for the night, in the mornings I wake up feeling much better. the quality is good thankfully their is no coloring in the ingredient list and it's vegetarian, I wish the size were a bit smaller, nevertheless it does what it says, for that I am extremely happy. I take the dosage suggested on the bottle which is 2 times per day, the benefits for me I get a better night sleep and my hot flashes has been tempered a lot, I don't really taste it as soon as I put it in my mouth, I drink a glass of water immediately. I have been taking this for some time to deal with my meno symptoms. If I stop then they come flooding back so the product is effective. The capsule is easy to take and I think the quality is good. I am confortable bout it containing no preservatives or gluten as I am intolerant.

I've been struggling with hot flashes & night sweat for a very long time, started 2 years ago then it subsided just to return 2 months ago. It started early with me & was driving me crazy. I l've been taking 2 capsules daily at night & I'm not exaggerating if I said that all that heat waves was gone on the second night! WOW, I'm finally sleeping without the constant wake-ups. The dosage is 2 capsules in the morning & another 2 at bed time but I'm taking 2 at bed time only & the effect last till the next 2 pills. These are vegan, good ingredients & do not have taste or after taste. The only thing I didn't like is the size of the capsule, wish it was smaller for easy swallowing.
