Just to be helpful: I don’t recommend getting used to 10 mg (I try to stick to 3 mg) so I use 10 on a “just in case” basis. People that have been on Melatonin for a while know what I’m talking about (tolerance). There are pros and cons with the fact that this brand only has chewable melatonin (based on my pre purchase search). What’s “not so bad” (a pro i guess) is that I only use 10 mg when not tired at all, so take it 30-40 min before bed then brush my teeth. The con is the annoying leftovers on my teeth (don’t mean to be disgusting) if i take it after I’m done brushing my teeth and going straight to bed. Hope that helps!

In my opinion this is the best quality of Melatonin on the market. On a normal day I will take half a tablet and on a day I battle to sleep I will take a full 10mg tablet. Works amazingly for me and I have suffered from imsomnia for years! No after taste and no side effects.

I had been having troubles staying asleep, kept waking up at 4 AM for no reason. I'm a morning person so once I'm awake it's done. It was really affecting my performance at work and my mood. Decided to give this a try. I slept like a baby! Whenever I need, I pop a single pill and stay in a deep sleep for hours. This helps me sleep in (which I never can manage on my own) during the weekends too. I stopped taking them nightly when my sleep pattern returned to normal. I'm a bit sensitive to medicine so I do notice a dizzy sensation when I take it. I need to be in bed within an hour to avoid the sick feeling, so be aware of that.

This is my first time using melatonin. I used it as directed, one hour before bed. I definitely drifted off to sleep a lot easier but what I liked the most was that I didn’t wake up throughout the night which hasn’t happened in a long time. I didn’t notice any side effects. I would definitely repurchase.

From a long time, I use melatonin from Natural Factors and I am very pleased with quality. It helps me. This is an economical packaging because it divides the tablet of 2 or 3.

I struggled for year to get some quality sleep and talking to my mum she recommended melatonin. Living in Australia my access to it was very difficult and expensive however my GP suggested iherb. I used to try to take Melatonin as regular tablets and I always woke up with a 'hangover'. Even at 5mgs. Not with these sublingual tabs! Must be in the difference in absorption....and I love them. They make me drowsy at bedtime and I sleep much better through the night without a hint of a melatonin hangover.

At my husband's request, I purchased this for him as he was having a lot of trouble sleeping and wanted something natural to take. The first few nights he didn't see much of a difference, but after a week he began to see results. Although he still wakes up a couple times, he said he has a longer REM period and feels refreshed when waking up instead of groggy. The low dosage seems to work for him as well.

Melatonin benefits with getting better sleep. 10mg dosage ingredient quality works great for me but some may want to start at a lower dose as each person"s body is different. The tablet size is small so easy to swallow or chew. For some the taste may be pleasant and for some people maybe too strong. IF you like very strong peppermint it should be fine.
