It's quality and size are good. And it doesn't have any bad taste however the benefits it's touting are false it did not increase my testosterone since i took a test before and after using it and it was exactly the same. I have taken the recommended dosage daily until the bottle ran out but nothing change so it's very tough for me to recommend it
