It tastes how it is promised - like a granola bar. The coconut clearly comes through. The consistency is nice. Most ingredients are carefully selected. They use allulose and monk fruit for sweetening, so it's definitely keto compatible. The palm oil is responsibly sourced, so presumably not responsible for the destruction of forests. Nevertheless, this doesn't make palm oil healthy. Coconut oil or rapeseed oil might have been a better choice, especially for a coconut bar. The lecithin is from sunflower, fortunately, no soy. The outer packaging is a joke. When I opened it, I first thought that half of the content was missing because there is so much room, like for 6-8 bars. The bars aren't well protected by having so much empty space in there just so that it looks like there's more in it than actually is - slightly deceptive packaging. Overall, the bars themselves are still well done, I might buy them again.

These keto bars are a great addition to my diet. Easy and convenient to eat, they go well with my morning coffee. At 32g they are a little small in size, I would prefer 40g. The overall quality is great and the listed ingredients are compatible with my keto diet. Great tasting bars, that I will definitely purchase again.

Cute package Perfect for fitness, as a breakfast or after my training. Great ans tasty ingredient, taste great and the size of the bar is perfect. I highly recommend them and will buy them again.
There is a lot of these KETO bars out there now - and these were pleasantly surprising. Nice size and good flavour - not dry or hard. Good for when you need a pick-me-up, whilst at only 2 Net carbs!
Omg the texture it’s so moist and flavourful! But 4 bars by package for 12$ its very expensive the size is ok! But I just love the taste definitely will buy again
