The best vitamin C out so far. Had to buy it because Solgar ester-c was out of stock once so I got this one and i'm a fan ever since! Easy to swallow, great ingredients list, easy on stomach, and most importantly helps during change of seasons period. Vit C increases your collagen production and a huge helper when taken together with iron and ferritin, my Immune system says thank you!

My doctor told that I have to take 4gr. of vit C every day. 'Metabolic maintenance' does not have any junk in them capsules plus that vit.C very jentle on your tommy, I even can take it with no food. For 5 years I did buy it from company and was so happy when iherb start to carry it because iherb much much better in shipping than manufactor. I taste lot of C. and this one the best and it works,no my husband or I ever get sick, since we take it, plus much younger looking, but we have it every single day for 7 years. love it, hope iherb will carry it always
