I have been anemic in the past and started feeling the symptoms again (fatigue, shortness of breath, etc). I started taking these and saw improvement in about a month. As a vegan, I also appreciate that these pills include B12. Although there is a slight iron taste when swallowing , I notice no such aftertaste at any other point in the day. This is the go to product for iron deficiency anemia. Throw away everything else! Plus, no tummy ache. My mother was severely anemic and cold all the time (3 sweaters, heat on 82, and still cold. BONE cold). I dropped these off and came back in a week. There she was, in a short sleeved t-shirt. Heat on 70. Be diligent taking these and you’ll get your vitality back. These have deffinitely picked me up from a very serious illness, the i had covid 19 on top of that. I had no energy and from previous viruses, so, i knew that they drained my vit b12 and iron. This covid was no exception because sars viruses thrive in our vit b 12.
Needed to start taking supplements to increase iron levels. Initially and without knowledge, started the regular Blood Builder pills. The size of pills were HUGE, had problems swallowing them. Found these and they are much better to take. Need to take multiple doses to get the bang for the buck, but they go down easy. As product mentions the constipation issues are not as bad as as taking other iron products. Have been using these for a while and can tolerate them without major issue
