After hearing all the reviews and hype around this I really had my hopes up for a good hydration solution when exercising. The flavour is too much for me, it’s both too sweet and too salty at the same time despite using 1.5 times suggested amount of water to go with it. Have not found myself reaching for it and would prefer other hydration energy drinks for this price.

Probably the best quality hydration packed you can find. I find this taste fo be the best flavor they have! I take it when I am feeling dehydrated or know i am going to have a big training, it works perfectly. I would recommend this for any sport, especially where electrolytes are needed.
