I've been using this product for 1 year . But the last 6 months i'm using it everyday . The results are obvious to me,it helps me to reduce the fat in my body . It will be better for me if i was on a diet.But the truth is that i am not on a diet , i exercise a little bit every day though and take my pills . I just be careful not to eat junk food , or sodas , and much sugar . I lose weight stable , If you do more things like diet, strong exercise i'm pretty sure you will see amazing results .
