I have osteopenia, and this is my go-to product to keep the problem from advancing. It has additives that are supposed to help you absorb the calcium which is a problem for some people. As I am fairly young, I need to address this problem while I can with a product that works. So far, I have not gotten worse so I believe the product is working. I've been taking it about 6 months so time will tell for sure, but it seems to be the best option available. Iherb has the best price I've found.

Pease improve the size of the capsule. It's so big and quite hard to swallow. I love the active ingredients but not the fillers. Please try to minimise the fillers.
