Having off and on DHEA supplement for many years I fall in love with its influence for my mood and sleep. Staarted with smaller dose this potency seems to be a good choice for me now. Additionally I love it fot its promise to have a positive effect on my bone health.
I took this supplement for fertility reason, low AMH. Was taking one a day but than my dr asked me to take twice a day. And after that I started to have a lot of acne on my face and chin. Don’t know if that’s coz of this supplement although it has such a side effects. So I stopped taking it, completed 2 month. Maybe it’s good quality supplement if you take the right dosage. Size is small, easy to swallow, no any taste. As for myself I didn’t find it useful.

It is a very good product, but I use it as a half tablet due to my doctor's recommendation. I wish there was a 12.5 mg dose or a notch to easily divide it in half.
I have always liked Life Extension products and this DHEA is no exception. DHEA gives me better and more constant energy throughout the day and better sleep at night.

Great company, and DHEA is good hormone balancer if you take the right amount. It's recommended to have it tested once in a while so you don't take too much.
