I'm not on a Paleo diet. But I was curious about a bread that is so high in protein. Wow, this is strange stuff. It never seemed to cook all the way. The flavor was not very bread-like. I won't be purchasing again. But hey, if you are on a Paleo diet, maybe you are accustomed to products like this?
