It doesn't taste or smell like anything, and I like that very much. It has both EPA & DHA, which is great. I really dislike fish oil, so I wanted to get a non-fish omega-3. I looked at research papers around omega 3 absorption, and nut or plant-based omega 3 doesn't actually change your blood levels, but algal omega3 DOES do that. My doctor told me to take some for cholesterol management, so I'll see if it affects my blood levels. I skipped buying the original bottle and put it in a cute glass jar. Good price-for-number and I like it's "take one a day."
good deal here. i don't know if this is doing anything for me, but people say it's an important supplement, and i weirdly love how salty and weird these capsules taste. i suck on them a little bit before swallowing. what can i say, i'm a freak! maybe it's just my body craving nutrients! also, i like the packaging, more stuff should come like this tbh
fish oil or cram oil since I have some uncertain allergies on random sea found components and creatures haha. I feel improvement in my mental state. It helps me a bit to feel not so shut down by other medications. I am very happy. They taste like nothing to me. Quality of ingredients is superb. Package is eco friendly.
I have bought bottled iWi supplements several times, and I am very grateful that there is a refill option for cost performance and eco-friendliness! However, iWi's supplements sometimes melted just a little, and the bottom of the container was black and dirty. (Because it's a black supplement) So I sometimes gave up on refilling the original bottle and put it in a different container.
