I am blood sugar sensitive that most food go in my mouth I have reviewed the blood sugar level of it to check as reference. This cracker tastes amazing, the little salty is what I like. I don’t eat up the whole bag, I tried half of it and waiting the blood check after 2 hours. In current the level didn’t go up that means it does not affect blood sugars, it is low GI food.

First, I tried the cheder and I didn't like it. There is some kind of an aftertaste. I am glad that I also decided to try the sea salt because it's a lot better and I like it with anything I tried. The only issue is that in both options, they stick to your teeth but it won't stop me from ordering again
