Good: Scent- no strong odour Quality is good, does not fade easily. Size is just nice for my long hair (slightly below shoulder) length. Did not dry my scalp. Delivered in good packaging. Bad: It makes my hair stiff and dry which was explained in the website as it uses natural ingredients. Overall: Very good product.
I am an Asian with medium brown hair. I mix this with 5N (70% 6N) and it yields medium brown color that covers grey. I have sensitive scalp and this does not give me any adverse reaction. Doesn't smell too. Hair may be dry a few days after dyeing when shampooing but using an intense conditioner does the trick.
Based on other reviews, I ordered one shade lighter than I would have, and the color was perfect. Very close to my natural color. Doesn’t smell or stain as bad as normal box color. No applicator included. I used a root touch up brush from a former product and a disposable plastic bowl but a squeeze bottle would have been a LOT easier. Follow instructions carefully. They include how to blend 2 colors together if needed, which I appreciated. I processed for 40 min total to cover Grey. If you’re sensitive- do a skin test. I had no problems- but better to be safe and ensure you’re not allergic. Will definitely buy again
This is a great neutral color by a quality brand and it does not seem to dry out or ruin my hair. I use this every once in awhile and have even used it as a “touch up” on part of my hair that was a bit too light after getting back from the salon. You can just mix up what you need and save the rest.

This is great. It has become a staple in my cupboard and i LOVE that you can mix it with other colors to create a custom shade, as well as the fact that you can save the unused portion. Brilliant! This gives me the most realistic natural look, much more so than the salon. I use the leftovers about once ever 2 months to freshen my gray roots.
I bought this for my mom as she loves the quality and the color of the haicolor. She has 100% of grey and works perfectly giving the golden brown color which reflects beautifully under the sun. The size of a bottles is enough for 2 uses for a medium length hair. The composition of haircolor is good and not harmful and I see that her hair looks much better with this haircolor.
