The quality and the ingredient are excellent. They are organic products providing the body, especially the nervous system, with potency, which I need for this package. The taste is good because it feels very natural. I feel that folic acid is essential for its positive effect on the nervous system.
Garden of Life is an all around superb, high quality, supplement brand. And this Raw B12 is no exception to that rule. It contains probiotics and enzymes, and a blend of raw organic fruits and vegetables. Now, 1000 mcg of B12 could be considered a high count. I showed this to my doctor, and she suggested I take it two or three times a week, just to see if there are any effects. Also I take it in the morning, as B12 tends to keep me awake. I have problems with burning tongue, and this supplement has helped with that. I like this supplement a lot and will keep taking it!
If you’re vegan or vegetarian you know the struggle of keeping your B-12 levels high. Especially if you’re lazy and can’t be bothered to eat a balanced meal everyday so these have been fantastic at keeping me feeling nourished and energized! The ingredients quality is outstanding, good potency (absorption) rate, small size that is why I was confused at first with the amount of tablets in comparison with the package (bottle) size. But the quality is so good that it worth the price. I have more energy after having it, I don't wake up tired anymore. Great manufacturer!
Love my Raw B12 from Garden of life! Finding a brand with clean ingredients is sometimes a little difficult. But, this one right here has everything I need, and it's RAW! Being able to support my brain function, blood cells, nervous system, mood and energy with a simple capsule it's definitely amazing!
The size and quality was great and ingredients it’s really herbal not effects for the health and very good for energy yang packaging .. folic acid . Niacin flush and potency.. and nerves system metabolism and taste is not nervous system
I’ve been taking this in the morning and have a lot more energy throughout the day, so it does it’s job! The product itself is great quality. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the jar is too big for the amount of pills in it.
