I started using this because my son (who is well versed in herbal supplements) scolded me for taking the CVS brand. I wasn't seeing any results using it. He bought me this, and within a week, I was no longer limping through my day. Initially, I was taking Glucosamine for the inflamation, but it stopped working. I am thrilled that I am pain free. My only regret is that, I didn't discover this 3 yrs ago when the pain started.
I bought it for anti inflammatory benefits. The taste is good but be ready for the pepper kick if held it in the mouth for too long before swallowing. For your information, in order for the turmeric to be absorbed you need to take it with pepper. The tablets are on the bigger side but ok to swallow. I like that you only need to take one a day and the supply will last you 4 months. The package is glass which is a plus. Give me a like if you find the review helpful 😊

For anyone who isn't aware - you MUST have black pepper combined with your turmeric for your body to absorb and use the turmeric. You cant just use the turmeric alone or it wont work. I wanted to switch up the way I take my turmeric by trying it out in a standardized tablet form. I’d normally use it fresh or powdered but in those forms you aren’t guaranteed of the amount of curcumin you’re intaking. I’m liking this so far. No irritation and it’s a simple one a day.
And I mean excellent! In quality, the combination of ingredients, because we don't need just the turmeric, you also need a bit of pepper for it to absorb better, and the added ginger makes it work even more so. Inflammation? Like it's wiped off! Gone! It even works for my period pain! I had a knee injury some years ago, but with this, my knee joint doesn't creak when I wake up, so I'm happy :-) I take a great krill oil omega 3 compound sometimes, and when I take them together, I forget all about any knee issues. This is the all-around great anti-inflammatory I turn to, every single time! Size is quite large, but I'm used to taking 10+ vitamins at a time, so, lol, I don't see an issue with it. Taste-wise, I can tell you that it goes down easy, and that there's no after taste! The only caveat is that it's expensive. Quite so. 25% less would be much more palatable.
This drug, I bought for elderly parents . Kurkuma is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, but it is poorly absorbed without black pepper. In this drug, just the correct ratio of turmeric and black pepper, plus to this, the drug is enriched with an impenetrable root extract. Excellent combination! Parents take this drug along with other drugs to relieve joint pain. Although the tablets are rather big, they swallow without difficulty. One package is enough for 4 months of reception! Great drug!
Gotta say, I wasn't expecting it to work as well as it does. It does reduce inflammation, for sure, and with it, it also reduces pain! You can feel it in your joints, and in the lack of pain when you take it. There is also improved flexibility and mobility, and a better sleep, not because it does anything for sleep, but by reducing systemic inflammation, it allows the body to not fight so hard. And, my last period has not been as painful. I did still take ibuprofen, but I realize that not as much as before.
My ususal tumeric product was unavailable and having had success with I Herbe product I decided to try this one. It works quite well, has almost the same ingredients as my old pills and I only have to take one for the same benefits as 3 of the others. The only drawback is its size but I solved that issue by eating it with my oatmeal.
I have always liked this brand. It seems like a good quality product to me. I have been taking turmeric for years as it does seem to help my achy knees not to hurt as much. The only thing I don't like is that it comes in an oblong tablet and they can be hard to swallow. For that reason only I will try to find another brand that I like that has an easy to swallow pill.

My husband takes this to help against painful arthritis in his joints and he says he notices an immediate improvement in the aching in his knees and hands and back. He follows the package directions for dosage and hasn't had any stomach upset when taking these with food. He said that he notices a difference when he stops taking the or misses a dose so we know it is helping! We hope they help you as well :-)
