It was difficult for 3 year old to get used to fizziness, at first, but now consumes it without any issue. Package size is good value for money and magnesium content (mg) packs a punch per serve. I was advised by a health foods advisor to get magnesium to help with anxiety, and since I started using this, I really do notice a slight difference. I've been having trouble sleeping, and it has helped me be able to fall asleep and stay asleep. Another pleasant side effect is my poop has been better lol
