This is the best calcium I’ve ever tried. Before I used to use the New Chapter Bone Strength, but both me and my mom did not get good results with it. This one from Garden of Life improved my back pain, muscle pain and nerve pain by 80-90 % WITHIN 24 HOURS. And it made me sleep like a baby, 8-10 hours. I’ve always had insomnia, so this is a God send really. The only negative thing is that the tablets, even though small are kinda hard to swallow. Not a problem for me, but my mom is over 70 and she does have trouble with it, so she sometimes cuts them in half. That’s the only thing that you should keep in mind. Otherwise amazing supplement, totally worth it.

Almost all calcium supplements come in a tablet form that is more suited for a horse than a human being. In other words, they are HUGE. Not the case with this one - it's the size of an average tablet. In addition, five a day (yes, that's a lot) provide 100% of the RDA of both calcium and vitamin D. A bonus is, they are food-based and not synthetic.
small capsules. BUT the smell... it is very bad. it smells like chicken poop. it doesn't taste bad down the hatch. but the smell is really super bad. hold your nose and choke it down. that being said, it is VERY effective. highly recommended for effectiveness. great when on sale! trusted brand.
Can be hard to swallow though as they are quite hard and it’s 5 pills per dose. Tried cutting pills into halves and into threes, but didn’t help. I haven’t had DEXA scan to compare before and after benefits of taking these. But I’ll continue taking these since they are a calcium option without nasty fillers and clean ingredients.
These are great. One of my favorite brands. They are top quality. Take with food, easy to swallow. Use for all the family. Gentle on stomach.
Am selectively using this product to both ride a bike and play soccer. So far seems to be helping with endurance. Got another bottle to give it a further and deeper test.
I think this is a good product and I rate GOL very highly but I don't enjoy taking 5 tablets each time (this is the only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5).
I just don't like the fact you need to swallow 5 tablets daily and they are quite big so if you having a hard time swallow pills look for another option.
Have noticed that my nails are longer and stronger since taking these. Fewer joint pains as well.
