Love this brand. The is great for convenience if you dan’t brew yourself. I do prefer the teabags from this brand for better value.
I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
Tastes nice, but results quite pricey since the small bottle lasts for 1 week, the big one is prob for half a month. Not sure how long you have to take it to be able to start seeing ant effect.

So i was stoked about this as a preventative but i took one dose and it messed my stomach up so bad for two days. I couldn’t sleep or eat. This stuff is strong!!! I probably need it unfortunately couldn’t take it.
