Great quality and flavor.

I started purchasing these whole golden seeds and grinding them myself. Easy to do and less expensive! These have a milder flavor than the darker flaxseed variety, so they complement the flavors of my dessert-style energy balls much better. I would imagine that they taste great sprinkled over oatmeal as well.

This brand always delivers a quality product. I use flax seeds to get more omega-3's in my diet. I grind the whole seeds in a coffee grinder and sprinkle over oatmeal, cereal, salads, and sometimes add them to baked goods. It adds a nice nutty flavor to muffins. Great product, will definitely order again.

I love flaxseed due to the fiber and omega-3s. I will often add this to bread, pancake, and muffin batter. It also works good in homemade tortillas. Some people add it to their smoothies, but I tend to bake it into foods. I do grind this flaxseed either in my blender or food processor as this makes it more absorbable. They also sell a pre-ground version if you do not have a means to grind the seees. However, pre-ground is said to turn rancid quicker.

Great price and quality. I grind this up in a coffee grinder to make flax powder. I use it in smoothies and as an egg substitute in desserts. (Only sub if recipes asks for 1 or 2 eggs, I find it doesn't work as well if it is more.)

First off, I love that this flaxseed is organic, meaning it's grown without harmful pesticides or chemicals. It's also a great source of plant-based nutrients and vitamins, making it a fantastic addition to any diet. I especially love adding these golden flaxseeds to my sourdough bread. They add a delicious nutty flavor and a nice crunch to the bread. Plus, they're a great way to boost the nutritional value of my homemade bread. One of the things I appreciate about Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Golden Flaxseed is the quality of the product. The flaxseeds are whole and unprocessed, ensuring that all the nutrients and vitamins are retained. And because they come in a resealable bag, it's easy to keep them fresh and use them over time.

Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Golden Flaxseed is fresh. In order to make the nutrients easy to absorb, I put a tablespoon in a coffee bean grinder that I only use for flaxseeds and grind it for about 12 seconds. I spread it over steamed vegetables but you could also encorporate the ground flaxseeds in meatballs or meatloaf and other recipes. If you buy flaxseed already ground, the nutrients have been accessible for who knows how long and they say are not as potent as freshly ground flaxseeds. Good for post menopausal women.

Personally, I put IBS behind me in the 1990's using this health supplement... I no longer take meds or experience symptoms. Increase amounts in your diet slowly by grinding this fresh nature blessing on the spot for use. Read about the oils benefits all over the place.... lots of science here. Skin, hair, and nails are just a side benefit for me.

I but whole flax seed and grind them with a coffee grinder when I need them usually for baked goods but can be used as a salad topping or to add texture and good fats to whatever I may be cooking. Bobs Red Mill is a top of the line company and I purchase many of their products with confidence.

I have always enjoyed Bob's Red Mill products, not only for quality and value, but also because of the corporate philosophy. (For those unfamiliar with Bob Moore and wife Charlee, they gave the company to the employees when Bob turned 80, instead of selling to an outside interest.) These flax seeds are organic, which is important for flax.

I grind a small portion in my coffee grinder and then put it in freezer so as not to go rancid. Makes it easier to remember to add to just about anything. a real PLUS is that it is organic and Bobs red Mill is a company I trust and will keep on ordering this.
