Rewarded Review

Got these reusable rounds knowing they’re better for the environment. What I didn’t expect was how much *nicer* it’d be to use something more substantial & well made than the disposable crud I’d used for years! Work great with cleansers/exfoliating products as well as toner. BUT… it occurred to me today: they’d also be great for nail polish remover! How did I not think of this before? A friend who works at a salon said so long as they’re pre-treated (rinsed w/ warm soapy water prior to putting them in the wash) it’s perfectly safe to use them with acetone too. Gotta get more of these! They’re such a perfect size & I can think of many more potential ways to benefit from these reusable rounds! With the other possible uses, lol, I’m glad these come w/laundry bags so I can keep them separate during washing if I branch out from skincare use. Thinking about them for: * first aid kit / emergency kit use * cleaning/disinfecting device screens, keyboards or even glasses Don’t forget! Products like these make your lifestyle more sustainable. I choose reusable over disposable + quality over quantity to reduce my environmental impact. Can last for 1 year or more, depending on frequency of use which is amazing. With products like this one (& their cotton/bamboo rounds too) it’s easy being green, don’t you think? TIPS 1. Decide what’s right for you: Reusable cotton / bamboo rounds are better for the environment as they break down more easily & can apparently even be composted. However, microfiber rounds tend to be stronger & more durable, especially through multiple washes. 2. Want them to last longer? Avoid using bleach and fabric softener. In fact, particularly if they’re lightly soiled, they can be hand-washed with a mild laundry detergent vs put through the machine. Note: I personally prefer the cotton/bamboo kind so I’d probably actually rate these a 4.5 for that reason only.
