I use it when I study hard. To be honest, I'm not sure if it works on my ability to focus, but anyway good scent. I like it.
I use this roll-on each time my easily distracted 8 year old needs to do his homework. The smell is nice and he seems to be more focused the more often we use roller.

Smell lasts about 10 minutes. And, unless you have your wrist under your nose, you really don't smell it. Haven't noticed any difference in concentration in me or my kids. Don't think it lives up to the hype.
