Magnesium (glycinate/malate) is a gentle form of Magnesium for individuals who are sensitive to Magnesium Oxide or Citrate Magnesium activates enzymes that are essential to many functions of the body. It is also essential for the metabolism of fat, carbohydrates and amino acids. It supports healthy teeth and promotes calcium absorption. Magnesium supports healthy smooth muscle tone and cardiovascular function. It also helps to maintain normal mood and emotional well-being premenstrually. In this formula, magnesium is bound to Glycine, a non-essential amino acid that functions as a calming neurotransmitter, and malic acid, a natural fruit acid present in most cells in the body which plays a key role in ATP synthesis and energy production.
Suggested use
1 to 2 capsules once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
