My family's home-cooked Indian food inspired me to create sauces that make it easier for you to feed your family—simply and deliciously. This zesty sauce captures the famous flavors of the Chettinad region, near Madras. Black pepper, coriander and coconut cream combine to create layers of bold flavor.
Sauté cubed boneless chicken (1.5 lbs) or chopped vegetables in a little oil until lightly cooked.
Simmer with contents of this container until cooked through (10–15 minutes).
Serve with steamed rice, flatbread or pasta. Feeds 3.
Try with chicken, beef, potatoes, as a braising sauce or marinade.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
