With Love. From Italy.
With the wisdom of generations, our pasta is made by Italian artisans using heritage techniques to press the shapes in bronze dies and dry it slowly at low temperatures, creating the ideal texture and taste.
Crafted For Flavor.
We use a blend of rice and lentils to create the delicious taste and texture you crave from pasta, without the gluten.
Our gluten free pasta is made in a dedicated facility with rice and lentils that are 100% organic, non-gmo and glyphosate free.
Suggested use
Cook Time: 8-9 minutes.
Cook pasta in 3 quarts of salted boiling water, stirring frequently. Drain, do not rinse, and serve.
Other ingredients
Organic brown rice flour, organic white rice flour, organic yellow lentil flour.
